Crispy Kimchi Rice Balls with Hot Dog (Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 hot dog, cubes

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, kimchi, sesame seed, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Wet your hands to prevent sticking. Take a small amount of the rice mixture place a hot dog cube in the center of the rice ball and wrap the rice around it to enclose the hot dog.
  3. Place the rice balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked rice balls with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
