Ingredients

For Chicken Kebabs:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Beef Kebabs:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate the Chicken Kebabs:
    • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Marinate the Beef Kebabs:
    • In another bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the beef cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Prepare the Kebabs:
    • Preheat the Aroma roaster oven to 375°F.
    • Thread the marinated chicken cubes, bell pepper pieces, and onion pieces onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
    • Thread the marinated beef cubes, bell pepper pieces, and onion pieces onto separate skewers, alternating ingredients.
  4. Cook the Kebabs:
    • Place the prepared skewers on the rack inside the preheated roaster oven.
    • Cover and roast for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is cooked through, and the beef reaches the desired doneness.
  5. Serve:
    • Remove the kebabs from the roaster oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
